Renewal applications can be dropped in the drop-off mailbox located in the lobby at our headquarters, located at 871 Rockdale Avenue, New Bedford MA 02740. Please refer to the Renewal Applicant Checklist prior to ensuring all necessary documents are included.
Complete Change of Address form. Mail one to the police department of the city/town you are leaving and the city/town you are moving to. Also, call the State or mail a form to the state.

Personal firearms transfers can be completed via Mass Guns Transaction Portal. You are allowed to PRIVATELY transfer/sell 4 firearms per year. Any additional transfers must be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer.

Yes -- Question 4 of the application refers to ever appearing in court for any charges. This includes if the charges are dismissed, CWOFD, or dropped at arraignment. This also includes any charges that were sealed or expunged.
